We are continuing to expand every section of our business because we have every confidence in the future of the London property market, and anticipate a busy and exciting summer ahead. At the end of 2016 we completed our biggest acquisition ever as Jacksons joined Dexters. With 85 staff and offices across South West London, this addition has enabled us to dominate the local sales and lettings markets.  

So far this year we’ve opened new offices in Wimbledon and Hackney, rebranded our London Bridge, Tower Bridge and Kennington Field & Sons offices to Dexters and expanded our Chiswick, Hampton and Clapham High Street offices, in order to keep up with the high levels of demand we are seeing across London. Our most recent acquisition, Bodens, is a lettings business based in Chelsea, renowned for dealing in prime homes.  

Our Press office has been particularly busy during this first quarter, with extensive journalistic coverage of some of our finest and most unique properties. In addition, we run adverts every week in the Evening Standard, London's highest circulating newspaper. We also advertise weekly in the Financial Times, ensuring the Dexters name is broadcast far and wide. We have been featuring prime properties from across Central London as we make our mark as London's leading independent Estate Agent. As well as advertising our properties on our website, which has almost 100,000 unique visits each month, we are also on portals Rightmove and Zoopla, so that all our properties are viewed by the maximum number of prospective buyers and tenants.  

Throughout our 28 Central London offices, and over 60 offices across London, the results are the same: the market is strong. Managing Director Andy Shepherd is feeling confident about the spring and summer months: “Though the opening months of the year were busy, we have seen a noticeable rise in enquiries since early March. We have some unique homes on the prime Central London market at the moment, particularly in Westminster, Chelsea and Mayfair, and they are really grabbing buyers’attention. Our Corporate Lettings and International Relocation teams based in Chiswick and Mayfair are in daily contact with local and international blue chip companies, embassies and educational institutions. In fact, we are currently assisting with over 500 individual property searches, demonstrating London’s enduring desirability on the global stage as a place to live and work.”
